By accessing and using the StorageRoot website and platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. StorageRoot reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. StorageRoot is a diagnostic-first platform designed to help households identify storage problems and match them to cost-effective, durable solutions. The Service includes:

• Diagnostic questionnaires to identify storage failure modes and root causes
• Educational content about household storage challenges and material durability
• Product recommendations with transparent pricing and cost-per-problem analysis
• Total Cost of Ownership calculations to demonstrate long-term value

StorageRoot is an advisory platform. We provide information, analysis, and recommendations; we do not manufacture, sell, or directly deliver storage products. Product availability, pricing, and fulfillment are the responsibility of third-party retailers and manufacturers.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial household storage planning purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from StorageRoot.

StorageRoot, the StorageRoot logo, and all related names, marks, and slogans are trademarks of StorageRoot. You may not use these trademarks without express written consent.

5. User-Generated Content

If you submit, post, or display content on the StorageRoot platform (including comments, photos, or diagnostic responses), you retain ownership of that content. However, by submitting content, you grant StorageRoot a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the purposes of operating and improving the Service, including anonymized analysis of storage problems and solutions.

You represent and warrant that any content you submit is original, does not infringe third-party rights, and complies with all applicable laws. StorageRoot is not responsible for user-generated content and reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Disclaimers

As-Is Basis: The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. StorageRoot makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the Service for any particular purpose.

No Professional Advice: StorageRoot provides general educational information and diagnostic guidance. The Service is not a substitute for professional consultation with architects, contractors, interior designers, or other specialists. StorageRoot does not guarantee that following recommendations will solve your storage problems, and results may vary based on individual circumstances, household layout, usage patterns, and product quality from third-party manufacturers.

7. Limitation of Liability

StorageRoot's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to StorageRoot in the twelve months preceding the claim, or if you have not made any payment, one hundred Turkish Lira (₺100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, StorageRoot's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Marmara Region, Turkey.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with StorageRoot's Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StorageRoot regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
